Refund policy

Services

For purchased services (such as challenges), we do not offer refunds, as you have already received confidential information upon purchase.

Products

Our return policy is 14 days; this means you have 14 days from receipt of the product to request a return.

For a return to be accepted, the product must be in the same condition as when you received it: unused and in its original packaging.

To begin the return process, please contact us at tienda@coachmagda.com. Please note that return shipments must be sent to the following address: 1917 S Signal Butte Rd Ste 101-117, Mesa, AZ 85209.

If your return request is approved, we will send you a return shipping label, along with instructions on how and where to send the package. We will not accept returns that have not been previously authorized.

Damages and Issues
Please review your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item, so we can evaluate the issue and resolve it.

Exceptions / Non-Refundable Items
Some products are non-returnable, such as custom-made items (personalized or special-order products) and personal care products (such as beauty products). If you have any questions or concerns about a particular product, please contact us.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Exchanges
The quickest way to ensure you get what you're looking for is to return the item you have and, once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase of the new item.

Refunds
We will notify you once we have received and inspected your return and whether or not your refund has been approved. If approved, your refund will be automatically issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that it may take some time for your bank or credit card issuer to process and issue your refund.
